Acv41 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document outlines the rules, rights, and responsibilities governing the use of the acv41 platform by Malaysian users. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing, or using the acv41 platform in any way, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the acv41 platform or its services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as an individual user and acv41 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms. acv41 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time, and notice will be provided via the platform or your registered email.
You must be at least 18 years old to register and use acv41's services. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that all information provided is accurate and truthful.
2. Account Registration & Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on acv41. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed, including forfeiture of any existing balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address. All such information is subject to identity verification (KYC) before any withdrawals are permitted.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. acv41 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, please contact the acv41 support team immediately at [email protected].
- Do not share your password or login credentials with anyone.
- Use a strong, unique password combination for your acv41 account.
- Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
- Update your account information promptly whenever changes occur.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Acv41 users agree to use the platform solely for lawful personal and entertainment purposes. Any form of commercial use, modification, redistribution, or exploitation of platform content without written authorisation from acv41 is strictly prohibited.
You are prohibited from doing or attempting to do any of the following while using the acv41 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the platform's technical infrastructure.
- Creating or using a fake account, including assuming another person's identity.
- Taking any action that may negatively affect the experience of other users.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any criminal activity.
- Spreading false, misleading, or inflammatory information through the platform.
Acv41 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including account suspension and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the acv41 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). acv41 supports a range of local payment methods including FPX (online banking), Touch 'n Go eWallet, and bank transfer. Available methods may vary from time to time and are subject to platform updates.
Deposit Policy
Deposits are credited to your account once payment confirmation is received. acv41 is not liable for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment providers. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by the platform and may vary depending on the payment method selected.
Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name. acv41 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal for security purposes. Processing times are as stated in the current payment terms, and delays caused by external factors beyond acv41's control are unavoidable.
Withdrawals will not be processed if the user's account is suspended, has not completed the KYC process, or is subject to any active investigation. Any taxes, banking fees, or additional charges imposed by third-party financial institutions are the user's sole responsibility.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Acv41 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding the continuity, accuracy, or fitness of the platform for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, acv41 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service interruptions, data loss, or financial losses.
Intellectual Property
All content on the acv41 platform — including logos, graphic designs, text, icons, software, and other visual elements — is the exclusive property of acv41 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from acv41.
Account Suspension & Closure
Acv41 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspected fraudulent activity, or at the platform's discretion. Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting support. Any valid balance in a voluntarily closed account will be processed via the standard withdrawal method upon completion of identity verification.
Third-Party Website Links
The acv41 platform may contain references or information relating to third parties, such as game software providers or payment processors. acv41 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk and subject to their respective terms.
6. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Acv41 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time in response to operational needs, legal changes, or policy reviews. Any material changes will be communicated to registered users via an in-platform notice or email at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except in urgent circumstances requiring immediate action.
Users who continue to use the platform after the effective date of any terms update are deemed to have read and accepted the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before they take effect.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the acv41 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
